FAQ

1.  How to place Order / ask question related to our Page or product ?
  • State product code(s) you intend to buy @ question(s) related
  • We will reply and provide details about payment / postage / etc and answer all your question(s) within 12 working hours

2. How the payment make ?
  1. its very simple, after comfirm the products you order, please bank in to following account :

  3. Capture the banking Slip and your details (Name, Address, Contact Number) sent to order.nicasia@gmail.com or Whatsapp / Wechat : 012 - 2558552

3. Are all the products displayed ready-stock?
All the product displayed probably are PRE-ORDER unless we state READY-STOCK

4. How long the delivery takes for the parcel to arrive to customer(s)?
  1. Once the payment made and goods arrived, we will post the parcel within 2 working days.
  2. About the shipping time, normally the delivery may takes 7 - 30 working days depending on the location, but the duration on its way to you is affected by many factors, it may out of my control.
  3. You can also refer here (THE COURIER COMPANY WEBSITE We will provide) for the delivery time 
  4. If the item do not reach after 30 days of shipment date, please contact me. I shall do whatever we can to help you.

5. Nicasia Online Marketing will update the tracking number to customer(s) ?
  1. Nicasia Online Marketing will assist customer with their tracking number after goods was delivered if customer request.

6.  All the product have warranty ?
  1. We can only guarantee for the delivery. If the products under warranty period and not cause by humanlity, we will incharge sent back to warranty, But the customer MUST show us prove.
  2. But these kind of problem is very unlikely because we will check the products very safe for long delivery journey.
